  • Step 3. Once we have met with you with a face-to-face consultation to establish a patient-nurse practitioner relationship and reviewed your complete medical history form our nurse practitioner will select required blood/urine/saliva work evaluation. (If you already have blood work and it's less than a year old we can most likely use it.)

 

  • Step 4. Once we receive your blood/urine/saliva work our Nurse Practitioner will review and help you design a program that ismost suitable to you.

 

Step 5. Our Nurse Practitioner will contact you for a follow up visit consultation to discuss all dosages, side effects and results you should expect.
